I. Production

1. Production Timeline

The production time will vary based on the order quantity and the complexity of the production process. Typically, our production time ranges from 15 to 25 working days.

2. Order Confirmation

Orders are considered successful upon receipt of the prepayment. For information on our payment terms, please refer to our payment methods page.

3. Production File Handling

We accept design files in formats such as CAD, AI, PSD, PDF, etc., with a minimum resolution of 350 pixels per inch (PPI). Your files will undergo production review to ensure data compatibility for the upcoming production, and production data files will be generated.

4. Printing

4.1 Confirmation with physical samples
4.2 Video or photo confirmation during printing
4.3 Color calibration with iPad or Mac computer screens
4.4 For spot color printing, verification with Pantone color codes
4.5 Any other feasible methods preferred by the client, with our cooperation whenever possible

II. Shipping

1. International Transportation Environment

China has a well-established international transportation environment. We can select the optimal carrier based on your country and city. Shipping times vary depending on the country and delivery address, and specific inquiries can be directed to our business representatives.

2. Goods Packaging

We offer customized packaging according to your requirements. You can specify packaging preferences based on your project needs, and we will accommodate any packaging requests.

3. Goods Inspection and Delivery Preparation

Strict quality control will be applied to your goods, ensuring proper packaging before shipment.

4. Shipping Method

Our partners collaborate with major international shipping companies, providing various shipping methods. Before booking or shipping, you can choose your preferred transportation method or provide the address of your Chinese freight forwarder, and we will transport the goods to their specified address.

5. Delivery

Upon completion of all processes, we will share loading photos and shipping tracking information. We will keep you informed of the transportation status until the goods reach your warehouse.
