Our policy is to take appropriate action when necessary to uphold and recognize all relevant state, federal, and international laws concerning materials that are claimed to infringe any trademark, copyright, patent, and all or any other intellectual property rights. If you are the owner of intellectual property and believe that we are selling, offering for sale, or providing goods and/or services that infringe your intellectual property, please provide the following information in full:

Electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the proprietary rights alleged to be infringed;
Description of the work or material alleged to be infringing;
Description of the location of the alleged infringing material on the website (product URL);

Order Acceptance:

As we are a non-online sale Shop, we will sign contracts and confirm orders through traditional trade documents such as Proforma Invoice (PI) and contracts. Payment will be received through methods like TT, PayPal, etc., and the payment account will be determined based on different products, trade countries, customer requirements, etc.

Price in Different Currencies:

The pricing of our products is primarily calculated in US dollars (USD) and Chinese Yuan (CNY). Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from Yuan or dollars based on the latest exchange rates. Prices may vary according to different quantities and shipping conditions. We can provide EXW, FOB, CIF prices, and you can inquire with us for the prices you wish to obtain.

Arbitration

If the dispute is not resolved by the parties within 30 days after the dispute arises, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the International Court of Arbitration for International Trade for arbitration, in accordance with the current effective arbitration rules of the committee. The time to apply for arbitration. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.

Applicable Law:

These conditions are governed only by Chinese law and interpreted in accordance with Chinese law, regardless of conflicts of legal principles.
